The Encana mess is at Trudeau’s feet
“Canada still has the third-largest proven oil reserves on the planet. The world still has a growing need for fossil fuels and will for at least another 30 years. The product and markets are there. The only thing standing in the way is the Trudeau Liberals and their obsession with ‘green’ fantasies.”: Lorne Gunter

Think about this scenario: Each and every day a breadwinner heads out the door to perform a job that supports a whole family. It’s hard work and sometimes thankless, but the breadwinner does it because it keeps food on the table and a roof over everyone’s heads.

But the family mocks the breadwinner’s job and actively seeks to undermine the work. Surely this can’t last. Eventually, something’s got to give.

On Thursday, something gave. Big time. Encana Corp. announced plans to exit Canada and establish its base in the United States early next year. Once the country’s largest company, the energy sector giant no longer has confidence in the future of Canada’s oil and gas sector.

Jobs will be lost. Revenues to government coffers will decline. The broader economy will suffer a hit.

The only people cheering will be the radical fringe – those activists who are the privileged children determined to tear down the breadwinners in their broader world.

The hysterical doomsday predictions are orchestrated. The radical environmentalists are either co-conspirators or useful idiots. The more time the voices of reason are allowed, the greater the outcome that this entire hoax will be exposed. That fear is what is driving the insane rush. Such we’ve only got a few years before it is too late, or we’ve to take drastic action now to save the planet or we are doomed. It’s not about a fictional climate armageddon, it’s about sealing this obscene deal to screw the west and steal our wealth before the hoax is exposed. If they win it will be too late for the west. They’re losing the support of mature educated adults so they switch to the uneducated immature youth. Such as the annoying Swedish teenager. There’s more wrong with the young girl than the eye can see. They keep telling us. It’s not abut the climate is about the money. Follow the money. Ok, for the ordinary folks who have real jobs that takes too much time. But it takes little to no time to simply pay attention to what they are telling us. Like this…

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s chief of staff Saikat Chakrabarti admitted recently that the true motivation behind introducing the Green New Deal is to overhaul the “entire economy.”

Chakrabarti said that addressing climate change was not Ocasio-Cortez’s top priority in proposing the Green New Deal during a meeting with Washington governor Jay Inslee.

“The interesting thing about the Green New Deal, is it wasn’t originally a climate thing at all,” Chakrabarti said to Inslee’s climate director, Sam Ricketts, according to a Washington Post reporter who attended the meeting for a profile published Wednesday.

“Do you guys think of it as a climate thing?” Because we really think of it as a how-do-you-change-the-entire-economy thing,” he added.

The Green New Deal, proposed earlier this year by Ocasio-Cortez and Senator Ed Markey (D., Mass.), would transition the U.S. economy entirely away from fossil fuels within ten years while simultaneously providing a federal jobs and healthcare guarantee. It would also, according to its proponents, advance “social, economic, racial, regional and gender-based justice and equality and cooperative and public ownership.”

Not climate. Re-distribution of wealth. They’re saying it not me! Still not convinced? Okay, how about this…

“We (UN-IPCC) redistribute
de facto the world’s wealth by climate policy…”
“One has to free oneself from the illusion that international
climate policy is environmental policy. This has almost nothing
to do with environmental policy anymore…”

Dr. Ottmar Endenhofer, IPCC
Co-chair of Working Group 3

Not climate. Re-distribution of wealth. Again, they’re saying it not me! And finally…..(for now)

Forget climate hysteria, fix the sewers

Toronto is not alone. Canadians cities from coast to coast are polluting our environment. Why? The biggest reason or cause, outdated sewage systems. Systems that will cost billions to repair. It’s called infrastructure. But we don’t have the money. Okay, then prioritize getting the money. Prioritize getting our natural resources to market (hint oil-pipelines). Start raking in the billions of revenue lying under our own feet waiting for the taking. Use it fix the country. Our country. Bear in mind that Trudeau is writing China, a country that he admits he admires very much, a $50M every year for 5 years. What for? To help pay for… wait for it…its infrastructure! At the same time Trudeau is writing these cheques, try and wrap your head around this decades old very serious threat to our environment just in Winnipeg. But Winnipeg is far from alone. And make no mistake about it. Sewers are not the only serious issue facing our country when it come to polluting the environment. But one at a time lest heads explode.

In 2018, 8.65 billion litres of combined sewage overflowed into the rivers, up from 6.6 billion in 2017. The data also shows that last year there were a total of 1,353 sewage overflows in the city. All of this raw sewage goes into our rivers, the Assiniboine and the Red. The Assiniboine empties into the Red, the Red empties into Lake Winnipeg.

Lake Winnipeg is Canada’s sixth-largest freshwater lake and it is turning green.

It is not climate change that we should fear. The climate has been changing since the earth was formed and will continue to do so as it pleases and carbon taxes aren’t going to do a damn thing to change that. What needs urgent attention is pollution. But doing that doesn’t make anybody rich.
