A report from the Department of Justice (DOJ) in 2021 found 64 percent of federal arrests in 2018 involved non-U.S. citizens, when this group only accounted for 7 percent of the total population, according to the Heritage Foundation.

If Trump Can Be Indicted For ‘Inciting’ Crimes, Biden Should Be In Jail For His Role In Laken Riley’s Murder

Former President Donald Trump will stand trial in an election year for ostensibly causing other people to commit crimes. President Joe Biden will escape charges based on the conduct of other people he encouraged because Biden is the ruling incumbent and also a Democrat.

A Venezuelan immigrant allegedly murdered 22-year-old nursing student Laken Hope Riley while she was out jogging by the lake at the University of Georgia.

Authorities arrested 26-year-old Jose Antonio Ibarra and charged him with felonies related to the murder over the weekend. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed to Fox News on Sunday that Ibarra entered the United States illegally and was previously arrested in New York.

“In a statement to Fox News Digital, ICE confirmed he had been encountered by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on Sept. 8, 2022, after entering near El Paso and was “paroled and released for further processing,” the network reported. “ICE also confirmed that Ibarra had been arrested by the New York Police Department a year later, on Sept. 14, 2023, and ‘charged with acting in a manner to injure a child less than 17 and a motor vehicle license violation.’”

Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) secretary was impeached earlier this month for the administration’s efforts to encourage an overwhelming surge in migration. The prioritization of alternatives to parole was a primary motive among House Republicans to charge the DHS secretary for violating the law. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was impeached for “Willful and Systemic Refusal to Comply With the Law” in addition to “Breach of the Public Trust.” In other words, Biden’s initiatives aimed at undermining the nation’s border security not only allowed migrants such as Ibarra to enter and remain in the U.S. illegally, but the initiatives themselves are illegal.

Of course, the House of Representatives isn’t a courtroom. But the lower chamber does determine what is impeachable, and in 2021, it was House Democrats who voted to convict Trump over the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. If Trump is culpable for the surge on the Capitol in the final days of his administration, then Biden is responsible for the crimes committed by migrants flooding the southern border. And they’re committing a lot of crime.
