Tiny Fraction Of Irregular Border Crossers Deported From Canada: CBSA
Hundreds are awaiting removals after exhausting all of their options.
Hundreds are awaiting removals after exhausting all of their options.

Multiple options for appeals, diplomatic difficulties and changing global conditions mean only a small fraction of the people who’ve crossed into Canada from the U.S. between border points to seek asylum here are being deported if they fail to get refugee status.

Statistics from the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) show that as of Sept. 27, 843 people had been removed from Canada, and a further 671 people were awaiting removals after exhausting all their options to stay in the country.

Since February 2017, about 45,000 people have requested asylum in Canada after entering the country between formal border crossings.

Fewer than half of their asylum claims have been heard; the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) is dealing with historically high numbers of applications and wait times for decisions have soared.

Thousands of cases on hold

So far, according to the board, 85 per cent of the border crossers who’ve lost their initial bids for asylum have contested the decisions before the board’s appeal division.

That means deportation proceedings for 6,600 people or more have been put on hold.

“In a significant number of files, the agency is not in a position to commence removal proceedings for other reasons,” CBSA spokesperson Rebecca Purdy said in an email.

45,000 foreigners in (the vast majority frauds and liars). 671 foreigners out. Here’s the scam folks, and don’t doubt for a second that the world does not know it. All of the legal roadblocks we ourselves have put in place to prevent us from protecting our nation aside, this is how it works.
According to CSIS (I don’t remember the exact figure) roughly 70-80% of all illegal border crossers into Canada destroy all personal identification ‘before’ claiming asylum. They are not stupid people. They are coached. They are well versed on the fatal (to Canada) flaws that protect them. It is common knowledge that you cannot travel internationally without a passport. Period. So every single one of these foreigners had a passport in order to get here. They cannot leave our country (ever) without a passport.

In order to deport any foreigner who does not possess identification the onus is 100% on Canada to prove what country they are citizens of. Considering these people are mostly uncooperative that task is almost impossible. In the minority of cases where we are actually able to prove their citizenship Canada then has to approach their home country and ask them to provide a temporary travel document (a form of temporary passport) that would enable us to put them on a plane home. But even if we can prove their citizenship their home country then has to agree to take them back. It is not unusual (given the character of the particular person) we are requesting to send back for their home country to say basically (while laughing under their breath) ‘screw you Canada, they’re your problem now’. Do we cut off all foreign aid or international cooperation to those countries who flip us the bird in these instances? Not a chance,

I am not letting any cat out of the bag on this scam it is common knowledge around the world. Well, actually the story doesn’t just end there. You are guaranteed to be on our welfare roles for the rest of your life. You are guaranteed to be treated better than our military veterans or our own citizens, especially our seniors. Canada is being scammed and these phoney refugees are the scammers. They are walking over the backs of legitimate refugees suffering in refugee camps overseas waiting patiently to be granted admission to our country. They are jumping the cue that liberals and progressives are always harping about being so set against.

So in short. Show up in Canada with no I.D., refuse to cooperate and you are almost assured of never being deported. Ever. Period. End of story.
