On Monday, 55,000 education support workers — members of the Canadian Union of Public Employees — fired the first work-to-rule volley at Premier Doug Ford’s Progressive Conservative government and Ontario’s school boards, after failing to reach a deal on a new contract.
The teachers unions are still negotiating and have not, thus far, set strike dates.

If so, it will be nothing new.
